We are a sixth-generation North Idaho cattle ranch. 

We’re holding fast to this special place: to land, cattle, and code, so families can eat like they should and the West doesn’t get carved up for good.

It’s about practices that are good for people and humane for cattle. And preserving the land for generations.

We are not interested in doing beef the easy way. Better land, better feed, better standards, and a better product in time. That is the kind of beef society we can get behind.
Not every good thing needs to be rushed. We are growing this ranch carefully, building the herd with intention, and taking the time to make it worth following.
The story here is bigger than beef. It is family, land, North Idaho, and a way of living that does not quit easily. Holdfast is being built out of that inheritance.
Good cattle on good ground. That is still the standard. We are building patiently now so when Holdfast beef is ready, it will stand on something real.
